Loan Signing Agent Services. Do you have loan documents that your banks wants you to have notarized but you would like someone that is certified as a loan signing agent and not just a Notary Public. If you are needing multiple documents notarized in Soldotna city limits and have more than 8 notarizations I will waive my $15 Travel Fee. If you are in other areas I will lower my fee and make it a flat rate for multiple documents so that is a reasonable price for both of us. It's the Alaskan Way. Includes Will and Trust Documents and Loan Documents.
If you are within the city limits of Soldotna My fee is $15 travel fee and $15 per signature. If witnesses are needed it is $20 per witness that I provide and $10 additional per document signed by the witness. I charge more for my travel fee for Kenai, Nikiski, Kasilof, Sterling, Cooper Landing, Anchor Point, Homer, Seward, Ninilchik and even Seldovia.
We accept all major credit cards. There will be an additional $5 fee for all Credit Card transactions due to the cost to me as a vendor.
I can also accept credit cards for RON transactions. Cash and Check preferred. check made payable to All Around Notary Services
